Order Processing & Confirmation

• Quote Validity: All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
• Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed upon receipt of signed purchase order and advance payment
• Production Timeline: Production begins only after confirmation of order and receipt of advance payment
• Sample Approval: For first-time orders, samples must be approved before bulk production
• Specification Changes: Any changes to specifications after order confirmation may result in additional charges and delays

Payment Security & Terms

• Credit Terms: Available for established customers with good payment history (minimum 5 successful transactions)
• Currency Fluctuation: Prices fixed for 7 days from quotation date. Beyond that, prices subject to currency adjustment
• Late Payment: 2% per month penalty on overdue amounts beyond 30 days
• Partial Payments: Not accepted unless pre-agreed in writing
